Intrepid 8x10 Bail Back Upgrade

The Bail Back Upgrade replaces the leaf spring on the back of your 8x10 camera with an easier-to-use bail arm. Rather than having to use both hands and some force to insert the film holder, you can now do so with just one hand and hardly any force. This greatly reduces the likelihood of moving the camera and having to refocus. We highly recommend this upgrade for all 8x10 MK3 users. 

It is incredibly easy to install: simply remove the current back and replace it with the new Bail Back, with no tools or disassembly needed. Glass is also included.

Please note that the Intrepid Bail Back Upgrade is only compatible with 8x10 camera models made from late 2022 (MK3) onwards. Current 8x10 models are sold with the bail back installed. If you are unsure about any compatibility issues, please get in touch.
